Guidelines for a healthy diet

Let’s think about it for one moment. From face value, maintaining a healthy lifestyle can seem a little bit tricky and a lot like hard work.

What are we supposed to do?

We have to eat just enough to keep us healthy and in good shape.

Knowing this fact, the U.S Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S Department of Agriculture has published “The Dietary Guidelines for Americans" and continues to publish a new document every five years to help us with this issue.
